Refund policy

At Glamour Closet, we have an ALL SALES ARE FINAL policy. This policy applies to all merchandise and services (including appointment bookings) sold in store and online. NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ALLOWED
We ask that all customers shopping with us in store inspect their merchandise prior to purchase to ensure they are 100% satisfied. We remind all of our customers that all merchandise sold at Glamour Closet is sold AS IS.
For our customers who are not able to visit us in person and are shopping online, we have included as many detailed photos of each product as possible. For our online merchandise, we strive to only present and sell gowns that are in excellent condition (though they are all still sample gowns that may or may not have been tried on in store before). If you have any questions or concerns about a particular gown, please do not hesitate to contact the store location where the gown is located and our team will be happy to answer any questions you may have. Again, please note that our ALL SALES ARE FINAL policy also applies to any purchases ONLINE.
